What You Need

20L: 5kg rice material; produce 2.5-3.5kg liquor; diameter of brewing barrel: 30x30cm/12x12in

30L: 7.5kg rice material; produce 5-7.5kg liquor; diameter of brewing barrel: 35x35cm/14x14in

50L: 12.5kg rice material; produce 6-9.5kg liquor; diameter of brewing barrel: 40x40cm/16x16in

70L: 17.5kg rice material; produce 8-12kg liquor; diameter of brewing barrel: 45x45cm/18x18in

Heat Source: gas stoves, induction cooker, ceramic stoves, electric coil stoves, firewood, etc.
