Mexican Grandaillo is an Exotic wood from Latin America. This wood is available in a huge variety of colors and patterns. Granadillo's tone is similar to Rosewood. It has a broad frequency range with clear articulation and enhances sustain.

It’s harder and denser than Indian Rosewood with an extra bell-like ring. A combination of Granadillo with a Sitka spruce top is best suitable for clear and long-sustaining notes. This wood is flexible with a variety of body shapes and playing styles. Granadillo's tone is appealing to all guitar lovers, but it tends to be limited in availability.
